Which property type fits you?

The right property type comes down to how you'll use it, your budget, and your balance of yield versus capital growth. Here's the short version of each — follow any link for community-by-community options and pricing.

  • Villas. Standalone family homes with gardens and, in prime communities, private pools. Lower service charges than apartments, more upkeep, and the strongest appeal for end-users.
  • Apartments. The UAE's most liquid, most rentable asset — from studios to large sky-homes. The default choice for investors and for city-living buyers who want lock-up-and-leave convenience.
  • Penthouses. Top-floor, full-view homes with private terraces and, often, branded finishes. A small, prestige segment that holds value in the best towers.
  • Townhouses. Family space without a full villa budget — terraced or semi-detached homes in gated communities, usually with shared amenities and lower entry prices than villas.
  • Off-plan property. Buy at launch on a staged payment plan, ahead of completion. Lower entry pricing and upside if the area matures, balanced against construction risk and a wait to handover.
